This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information that we collect through our website, any websites listed on the Site, or directly from you.
By providing us with your personal information, you confirm that you have had sufficient opportunity to review this Privacy Policy and that you have read and agreed to its terms.
If you choose not to provide certain personal information, you may still use the Site; however, this may affect your ability to access some products or services offered.

All third-party relationships are governed by contracts containing privacy and confidentiality obligations consistent with Australian Privacy Law.

Security

BPM Australia has implemented security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access. Our servers operate in a controlled and secure environment, and only authorised staff may access your information when necessary to perform their duties.

However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that data transmission will be completely secure or immune from intrusion.
Where appropriate, our web servers use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect information transferred between our systems.

Your Responsibilities

You must not disclose your password to third parties. If your password is compromised, you may lose control of your personal information and may be held responsible for actions taken by others using your account. If you believe your password has been compromised, you should change it immediately.

If you collect personal information and store it on servers provided by BPM Australia (including email services), you alone are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 in relation to that information. BPM Australia is not responsible for your handling of such data.
